Imperial College of Engineering & Research (ICOER) was established in the year 2006. JSPM's Imperial College of Engineering and Research is an All India Council for Technical Education [AICTE] approved, National Assessment and Accreditation Council [NAAC] 'A' accredited college and is affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University. It was established in the year 2006 and since then has been imparting quality education in the fields of Engineering, Management and Technology.
TSSM and JSPM group of institutes have the best engineering colleges in Pune. The group also includes very well established MBA colleges, Pharmacy colleges, MCA colleges, and PGDM courses as one of the best in Pune and vicinity. The first unit of JSPM started in the year 2001 under the “Rajarshi Shahu College of Engineering” at Tathawade, a developing suburb in PCMC area near software park. Through JSPM, Prof. Dr T. J. Sawant established educational campus at Tathawade, Hadapsar, Wagholi, Bavdhan, Narhe at various suburbs of Pune City. Since 2014, the campus has been functioning at Barshi (A Town in Solapur District). All these campuses are having quality educational Institutes, schools and colleges with excellent Infrastructure and Academic ambience. Currently, JSPM has a widely spread organization with 7 Campuses, 78 Institutes, 10000 Staff, 400 Buses, 50000 Students. Prof. Dr T.J.Sawant is aiming to start a well equipped state-of-art Hospital and Medical college on one of the campuses. Establishing a Private University is also an ambitious project of its Founder Secretary Prof. Dr T.J.Sawant.
JSPM Pune Placements: JSPM's Imperial College of Engineering and Research, has a training and placement cell which not only provide placements but also assist the students to choose the right career. It assists the students to prepare their resumes and provides all the training required to face the placements. It also acts as the contact point for the corporates to approach the college for placements.

JSPM offers communication training in association with GTT NASCOM Barclays. This training programme will help the students to improve their employability skills. JSPM also assists the students who are preparing for competitive exams and provide guidance to students who wish to start their own career.
